Festive Stuffed Peppers
- 10 Peppers
- ¾ cups Diced Salt Pork
- 1 Medium Diced Onion
- 1 Blue Seal Kielbasa (ground)
- 1 pkg. Beef Rice-A-Roni
- Spaghetti Sauce (optional)
- ½ cup Boiling Water
Wash peppers and remove seeds.
Parboil for 5 minutes in water.
Set aside to cool.
Cook Beef Rice-A-Roni according to package using 2 ½ cups of water.
Fry diced salt pork and onion together until onion is transparent.
Add ground kielbasa to onion and salt pork and fry for 15 minutes on low heat.
Combine beef, Rice-A-Roni, kielbasa mixture, and stuff peppers.
Place in baking dish.
Add 1 tbsp. of spaghetti sauce on top of each pepper.
Add ½ cup boiling water to bottom of baking dish.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
