- ½ cup Orange Juice
- ½ cup Cranberry Juice
- 2 tbsp. Hot Mustard
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ lbs. Blue Seal Kielbasa
- 2 oz. Dry White Wine
Cut kielbasa into ½ inch slices and sauté in large pan.
Mix all other ingredients in bowl except wine.
Pour mixture over cut kielbasa in sauté pan.
At high heat, simmer until kielbasa and mixture have formed a glaze.
Stir continuously to avoid sticking.
Pour in white wine and let reduce.
Pour into large bowl and serve with black bread and butter.
Mustard serves as condiment.
